MISO TAHINI SALAD DRESSING

It ain't easy being green.

While this week at work I wrote about the contrary of how there are easy ways to go green (in reference to being eco-friendly at work and the office), but sometimes accepting your green-ness, or in this case, a golden-hue, can be hard. 

Standing up for yourself seems easy, right? I always thought of myself as a person to speak my mind and not hold back. Yet when faced with tougher situations and lack of support it can truly be a challenge. 

Though was seemed like only a task of having a conversation, was giving me crazy anxiety. But I found my courage, embraced my green, and spoke my mind. 

It was truly liberating. 

I hope this week you all find the strength and courage to be your biggest advocate. 

Be a warrior, not a worrier. 

Servings: 15

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of black garlic, or roasted garlic
  • 1/3 cup miso paste
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Water to thin 

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blend. Add water as needed to think out the dressing.
  2. Enjoy!
